Morning's Light Pancakes

1-1/4 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tbl. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 tbl. salad oil
2 tbl. margarine
Put all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add egg, milk and salad oil. Stir until moistened. In a large skillet, heat margarine until hot. Use ladle to pour batter into hot skillet. When pancakes bubble flip with turner. Top with butter and syrup.
