1 roll refrigerated slice 'n bake cookies
Heavy foil
Mint flavored solid chocolate wafers
Thinly slice cookies. Arrange on foil. Place on rack 6 inches above hot coals and bake until lightly browned. Remove from heat; cool 2 minutes; turn cookies. Top each cookie with chocolate wafer. Return to rack and bake second side. Remove from heat. Cool 1 minute and remove cookies.
