Meat Loaf in a Box Oven

2 lbs. ground meat
1 env. onion soup mix
Using a box oven, put in 8-10 hot charcoal briquettes. Put cake cooling rack above coals on 4 tuna cans. Meanwhile, mix ground meat with soup mix. Pat mixture into 2 small (about 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch) loaf pans. Cook until done (about 20 minutes), making sure juices don't overflow on coals. Serves 5-6.
