2 pounds ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 tbl. A-1 Sauce
1/4 lb. Bleu Cheese
Variations for filling:
Slice onion
pickle relish
1 pat of butter with a few ice chips
Sliced mushrooms sprinkled with instant bouillon.
Salt and pepper meat to taste and mix with chopped onion and A-1 Sauce. Make 12 thin patties. Crumble bleu cheese over 6 of these. Top with the other 6 patties. Press edges together. To freeze, place on a cookie sheet until frozen and then seal in plastic bags individually to take camping.
