Great recipe. Makes nice fluffy eggs every time.
eggs, salt, pepper, and milk (optional)
Boil water in a small pot or coffee can. Put two eggs in a Ziploc bag and add milk. Season to fit your taste. Place bag in boiling water. Remove from the water when the eggs appear to be cooked all the way through. Scramble the eggs through the bag, and if you see any liquid place the eggs back in the water until you no longer see any liquid in the eggs. Then enjoy.
