Barbecued Dutch Oven Chicken

1 chicken, cut up
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 tbl. oleo
1/4 cup green peppers
1/4 cup celery, diced
1 cup water
1 cup ketchup
2 tbl. brown sugar
1 tbl. Worcestershire sauce
Pepper to taste
2 tbl. flour
Cut chicken in pieces and flour. Brown in skillet. Place in casserole or Dutch oven. Pour over chicken the sauce below. Cook onions in 2 tablespoons margarine; add green peppers, celery, water, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Add flour to thicken sauce. Pour over chicken. Cover pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees (gravy is great on mashed potatoes).
