Vanilla French Toast

2 eggs
3 Tbl milk
1 Tbl milk
1 tsp cinnamon
Butter or margarine
In a wide bowl, beat eggs thoroughly. Add milk, vanilla, and
cinnamon. Mix well. Dip bread in the egg mixturecoating it well.
Melt butter in a skillet. Place the bread in the skillet;
cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Serve with syrup, jam or powdered sugar.
