1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1/4 cup sesame seed
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional)

Mix together; roll in one inch or 1/2-inch balls. Store in Tupperware container in refrigerator. Can store 60 days. If not eaten sooner! Great treat for kids snacks or lunch!
