1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat. Add the sugar to the chocolate mixture and stir well. Add eggs and vanilla, beating well. Stir in the flour and blend. Pour into a buttered 9 inch pie plate and bake for 20-25 minutes. Do not over bake. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
