3 Tbl cornstarch
1 cup + 3 Tbl water
food coloring
few drops liquid detergent
Mix cornstarch and 3 Tbl water. Boil 1 cup water and add to cornstarch/water mixture, stirring constantly. Add a few drops of liquid detergent. Add food coloring. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
