Ez Bake Oven Peanut Butter Cookies

1/4 cup flour
1 Tbl soft (room temperature) butter
1 Tbl peanut butter
2 tsp granulated sugar
In a bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly to make dough. With your fingers, shape the dough into 1/2 inch balls. Place 4 of the balls in pan; use fingertips to press down gently. Press tines of fork into each cookie to make an imprint. Bake about 10 minutes (this always depends on each oven, general atmosphere temperature and humidity) or until light brown. Let cool a few minutes and then remove from pan and let cool on cooling rack or plate. Bake remaining cookies, 4 at a time. Makes 16 cookies.
Ideas:
Add chips to dough or roll dough balls into colored or plain sugar to make finished product more decorative.
