3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup oil
2 tbl. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups cold water
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes, in a 13 by 9 inch pan, lightly greased.
