Chocolate Glaze

One 1 ounce square of unsweetened chocolate
1 tablespoon of butter
3/4 cup of confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of hot milk
Melt the chocolate with butter over low heat. Stir in sugar and salt. Add milk, a small amount at a time, until the mixture is of glaze consistency. While the glaze is still warm, pour on cake, spreading with spatula. Makes 1/2 cup.
