Chili Cauldron with Eyes

1-1/4 pounds ground turkey
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
2 tbl Taco seasoning mix
1 egg
18 pitted medium ripe olives
2 (15 oz) cans spicy chili beans, undrained
1 (14.4 oz) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (11 oz) can Mexicorn
4 oz. (1 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
Heat oven to 375* Spray one 13 by 9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, 1 tbl pf the taco seasoning mix and egg; mix well. Shape turkey mixture intom 18 meatballs. press one olive into each meatball, wrapping small amount of the mixture around it to resemble an eyeball. Place meatballs, olive side up, in the sprayed pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the meatballs are no longer pink in the center and thoroughly cooked. Remove the meatballs from the pan. Discard drippings.
Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine chili beans, tomatoes, corn and remaining tablespoon taco seasoning mix; mix well. Cook over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Add meatballs to chili; cook an additional 5 minutes or until the flavors are blended. Garnish each individual serving with cheese.
