Oatmeal Cookie Muffins

1/2 cup very soft butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp.cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup applesauce
1 cup quick dry or regular oats
1/2 cup raisins
Cream together the butter and the brown sugar. Mix the dry ingredients together, add to butter and sugar, mix in the applesauce, then the oats. Finally add the raisins. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Best served warm
