No Fat lemon Muffins

2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 eggs- egg substitute, Egg Beaters, lightly beaten
1 1/4 cups fat free lemon yogurt
1/4 cup skim Milk
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbl. honey
1 tbl.lemon peel, grated
1/2 cup lemon Juice
In a large bowl combine flour, baking soda, powder, salt, and sugar. in a separate bowl combine egg beaters, yogurt,lemon juice, milk,honey, grated lemon peel. Mix wet ingredients with dry.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
