No Fat Carrot Muffins

1 1/2 cup carrots; grated
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. orange peel
2 eggs
4 tbl. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
6 tbl. flour
1 tsp. baking Powder
2/3 cup powdered milk
1 tbl. brown sugar
Mix all ingredients. Spray muffin tin with Pam. Divide equally. Bake at 350 F. for 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
