No Fat Blueberry Muffins

2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 egg whites
1-1/4 cup Skim milk
1 cup fresh or frozen Blueberries
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray twelve 2 to 2 1/2 inch muffin pan cups.
Into a large bowl, sift flour with soda, baking powder and salt.Into a medium size bowl beat egg whites and milk. Add sugar, then egg mixture into large bowl. With spatula, blend until thoroughly combined. (mixure should be slightly lumpy). Gently fold blueberries into mixture.Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups about 2/3 cups from top. Bake 18 to 22 minutes
