Buttermilk Corn Muffins

3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tbl. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup melted butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease muffin tins.
Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar in a bowl.Combine beaten egg, buttermilk and butter. Add all at once to the dry ingredients. Stir just to moisten.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
