Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

3 large bananas
3/4 cups white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Mash bananas. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg.
Add the melted butter. Whisk the dry ingredients together.
Combine wet and dry ingredients just until moistened. Quickly fold in the chocolate chips.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes in greased muffin pans.
