Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins

1-1/2 cups oatmeal
1-1/4 cups flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
5 Tbsp oil
1 egg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine oatmeal, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. Add applesauce, milk, brown sugar, oil and egg. Mix until moistened. Put in muffin cups. Bake 20 minutes.
