1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup butter
1/2 lemon, juice and rind
3 eggs
enough flour to make a soft dough
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with sour cream to the creamed mixture. Roll out, cut with round cookie cutter and spoon on tart jam. Fold over and seal the edges well.
Bake in 375° oven till golden brown.
