For Topping:
1-1/4 cups flour
1/2 cups sugar, you can use regular or brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
For Bottom:
1/2 cup molasses, preferably Brer Rabbit brand
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Crumble flour, sugar cinnamon and butter together. Mix molasses, water and soda and pour into an unbaked crust. Put crumbs on top.
Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
