Crockpot Pork Chops- Mennonite

1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
7 lean pork loin chops, don’t substitute another cut
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon MSG
1 can chicken and rice soup
Mix flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic powder together. Coat pork chops with flour mixture. Fry in oil in skillet until well browned on both sides. Place in crockpot. Sprinkle MSG over chops and pour soup on top.Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
