2 cups clams
1/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 egg
1/4 cup onions, chopped
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
In a bowl, chop clams and onions fine, add remaining ingredient , mix well. Heat about a 1/2 cup of oil in skillet pan. Drop mixture in hot oil by the spoonfuls. Cook about 3to 4 minutes on each side till lightly browned. Serve hot.
