Amish Custard Pie

Easy to make and really good.
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
3 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Combine sugar, flour, salt and eggs and mix until smooth.
Heat milk to boiling point. Add 1 cup hot milk to egg mixture. Pour that into the remaining hot milk. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.
