GLAZE:
1 cup Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels, reserved from 11.5-oz package
1/4 cup corn syrup
1 tbl butter
1 tbl heavy cream
Doughnuts: Melt over hot (not boiling) water, 1 cup Nestle Toll House milk chocolate morsels; stir until smooth. Set aside; cool to room temperature.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, eggs, milk and orange rind; mix well. Gradually add melted morsels and flour mixture; beat well.
On a lightly floured board, roll dough to 2/3-inch thickness. Cut with 3-inch round cookie cutter. Cut out centers with 3/4-inch round cookie cutter. Reroll remaining dough and cut out. In a large heavy gauge saucepan, heat 1 quart vegetable oil over medium heat to 375 degrees. Fry doughnuts, a few at a time, 1 minute on each side. Doughnuts will rise to surface when they should be turned. Remove; place on paper towels to drain.
Glaze:
