Cream Cheese and Rum Fudge

6 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbl cream
4 cups confectioners' sugar
4 oz unsweetened Chocolate
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp Rum
1 dash salt
1-1/2 cups chopped Nuts
Melt the unsweetened chocolate in a double boiler (in a container immersed in very hot water). Blend the cream cheese and cream. Gradually add the confectioners' sugar. Add the melted chocolate, vanilla, rum, salt, and 1
cup of the chopped nuts. Press into 8-inch square pan. Add the remaining 1/2 cup chopped nuts on top. Refrigerate 15 minutes and cut.
