Cucumbers in Sour Cream

2 cucumbers, sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced & separated in
rings
1 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
Beat eggs, vinegar, lemon juice, and sour cream until smooth. Pour over cucumbers and stir until mixed. Chill and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
