7 c. sliced cucumbers (may be peeled or not peeled) 1 c. chopped green pepper 1 c. sliced onions 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. celery seed 2 c. sugar 1 c. brown or white vinegar
Put all of the ingredients into a large glass jar and stir until juicy. Ready to eat after a day or two. May be kept in refrigerator for weeks.
