Crock Pot Apple Butter

8 c. diced apples
4 c. sugar
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
Peel and dice apples. In a large bowl, add apples and other ingredients. Stir well. Pour into crock pot and cook 12 hours. Stir up mixture well. Can use electric mixer. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
