2 med. onions, thinly sliced 2-3 lb. chicken, cut up and skinned 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 lg. can tomatoes 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. oregano, crushed 1/2 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1 bay leaf
Layer in order and cook on low 6-8 hours, or on high 2 1/2 - 4 hours.
