Chocolate Syrup Brownies

1 c. sugar
1 stick oleo
4 eggs
1 can chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
Mix all above ingredients for brownies; put in cake pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. --FROSTING:--
1 1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. oleo
Boil ingredients for frosting 1 minute hard. Take off fire. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
