Imitation French Fries/Potato Chips

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 large potato
- lots of any desired spices
Directions:
Slice potato as thinly as possible
without chopping yourself as well.
Spread, in a single layer on a baking
sheet. Sprinkle with spices, I use
salt and paprika. Bake at 400 degrees F
for about half an hour, more or less,
just what until it gets crispy.
C'est tout!
Nutrition: A lot healthier than regular
chips or fries.
