Asparagus and Sun Dried Tomato Pasta

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 16 oz. prepared pasta (bow ties)
- 1 bunch of asparagus cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2-3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 pinch red pepper flakes
Directions:
While pasta is cooking, steam asparagus until barely tender.
In a large skillet, cook garlic in olive oil, and add
asparagus, tomatoes, and red pepper flakes.
When heated,
combine with cooked pasta, sprinkle with black pepper, and
enjoy.
