Baked Cauliflower

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoon prepared vegan mustard
- 2 tablespoon tahini
- vegan cheddar or vegan american cheese, sliced (optional)
Directions:
Place the whole head of cauliflower in a pot with a couple
of inches of water. Cover and steam untill almost tender.
Place on a baking sheet. Mix tahini and mustard together and
slather on cauliflower. Lay cheese slices on over the
cauliflower. Bake at 350 until cheese is hot and gooey.
This recipe may sound strange but, we have eaten this for
years. Sometimes this is all we have for dinner.
