Breaded Mushrooms

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- whole mushrooms, about half a pound
- Italian style vegan bread crumbs
Directions:
Wash mushrooms. While they are still damp, dip them in the
bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes, garnish
with ketchup.
This is a nice, quick low-fat snack.
