Fried Spinach with Peanuts

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- spinach
- vegetarian chicken stock
- garlic
- water
- peanut bits
Directions:
Mix vegetarian chicken stock with a little water and heat in pan. Add garlic and cook for
2 minutes.
Add uncut spinach. Put lid on until cooked to your liking. Serve with peanut bits
sprinkled over it.
