Italian Tofu

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/2 package extra firm tofu
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 jar chunky style Ragu
Directions:
Chop vegetables and garlic.
Cut tofu into small squares.
Heat olive oil in pan on medium heat.
Fry vegetables until tender.
Crumble and add tofu.
Add sauce.
Cook for 5-10 min on medium heat.
Serves: 5
