Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 package vegan Tofutti cream cheese
- 1 (12oz) bag chocolate chips
- 1 package extra firm/firm silken tofu
- 2 tablespoons vegan maple syrup (optional)
- graham cracker crust
Directions:
This recipe can be baked or not!
Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Blend melted
chocolate, tofu, cream cheese, and syrup in a
food processor until smooth.
Pour into prepared crust.
Chill several hours until firm or bake at about 375F for ~1 hour, then chill.
Serves: 12
