Brazil Nut Crust

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 nine inch pie pan
- Brazil nuts
- 2 tablespoon vegan sugar
Directions:
Chop brazil nuts with food processor
to make one cup
Blend nuts with vegan sugar (Hint: use
back of tablespoon to press against
the bottom of the nine inch pan)
Bake in oven at 400*F till light
brown and let cool for 8 min.
Preparation time: 30 min.
