Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 pkg Mori-Nu Firm Tofu (silken), drained
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 medium banana, broken into pieces
- 1 tablespoon vegan sweetener of choice
- 1/4 t. vanilla extract
- 1/4 t. almond extract
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender
or food processor until smooth.
Sweeteners can be adjusted to taste.
Serves: 4
