Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 banana
- hand full of vegan chocolate chips
- shredded coconut
Directions:
cut banana peel lengthwise and open,
sprinkle vegan chocolate chips on both sides
place in a baking pan and bake at 375
for about 5 minutes or until chocolate
is melted. Don't worry about the peel
getting dark or burnt. Sprinkle with
coconut and enjoy!
Variation: add peanut butter chips.
Serves: 1
