Baked Banana

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 1 banana
  • hand full of vegan chocolate chips
  • shredded coconut
Directions:

cut banana peel lengthwise and open, sprinkle vegan chocolate chips on both sides place in a baking pan and bake at 375 for about 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted. Don't worry about the peel getting dark or burnt. Sprinkle with coconut and enjoy!

Variation: add peanut butter chips.

Serves: 1

Preparation time: 5 minutes
