Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 6 ripe figs (fresh), ends cut off & split in quarters
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice
- handful of broken walnuts
- cinnamon
Directions:
Place figs in a shallow pan, close
together. Top with the pineapple.
Sprinkle on the nuts, then some
cinnamon. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
Serves: 4
Preparation time: 30 minutes
