Baked Figs

Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • 6 ripe figs (fresh), ends cut off & split in quarters
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice
  • handful of broken walnuts
  • cinnamon
Directions:

Place figs in a shallow pan, close together. Top with the pineapple. Sprinkle on the nuts, then some cinnamon. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees

Serves: 4

Preparation time: 30 minutes
