Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 bananas, each sliced in half
- 4 popsicle sticks
- carob powder (optional)
- raw peanut butter, to garnish (optional)
- raw wheat germ, to garnish (optional)
Directions:
Cut bananas in half. Insert popsicle
sticks into flat end of banana half.
Store in container and freeze until
firm. If desired, dip in carob powder, spread a little
peanut butter on top of frozen banana,
and/or sprinkle wheat germ over it.
Serves: 1-4 - depends on how many you eat!!!
Preparation time: 2 mins. (Not including freezing)
