Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 8 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup vegan sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup soy non-hydrogenated vegan margarine
- 1 pie crust
Directions:
Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, and apples together.
Place in pir crust. Mix remaining sugar, flour,
and soy margarine until crumbly. Sprinkle crumbs
over pie and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
