Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup sweetened vegan soymilk
- cinnamon
- nutmeg
Directions:
Slice apple into wedges and place on a baking
sheet. Sprinkle with spices. Bake for (sorry, I
can't remember) whatever, until just golden at a
moderate oven. Meanwhile, heat soy milk in
microwave on high for 60-90 seconds. Once apples
are done, lift off of pan and place in
warm "milk". Serve after an unenjoyable meal to
get rid of the bad aftertaste.
Nutrition Information: About 130 calories per
serving, depending on brand of "milk" and can be
served as a dessert, especially if you are
trying to stay healthy, because this is
satisfying in an unexpected way.
