Frozen Soy Yogurt Cups

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 2 regular containers of vanilla soy yogurt
- flavorings:
- 1 cup fruit of your choice (blended)
- OR 1 cup strong coffee
- OR 1 cup orange juice
Directions:
Mix soy yogurt with flavoring of your choice. (A
little chocolate syrup is delicious with the
coffee.)
Distribute evenly into small dishes or espresso
cups (very cute). For a lower-key snack,
distribute into dixie cups. Put in freezer and
leave them there overnight.
When they are frozen, take out the cups. Garnish
with fruit, vegan chocolate syrup, powdered
sugar, etc, or serve plain.
Serves: 6-7
