Date Pecan Cookies

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1 part madjool dates (pitted)
- 1 part raw pecans (or almonds)
- 1-1.5 parts whole wheat flour
- water
- 1tsp baking powder
Directions:
In a processor or Vitamix, blend dates and nuts to a bumpy
paste. Add whole wheat flour, baking powder, and a little
water and mix until it's a good cookie consistency. Add
more flour or water until it's right. Bake at 350 degrees F
for about 10 minutes, or until they look about done.
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
