Ice Creamy Almond Shake

Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- 1/3 cup blanched, slivered almonds, regrigerated
- 1/3 cup cold water
- two large or three small frozen bananas
- one juicy, sweet orange
- two ripe, sweet peaches
- two to four dates, depending on sweetness of peaches
Directions:
Place cold water and almonds in blender and blend very well,
stopping once to scrape nut pieces from sides of blender.
Add orange sections, blend, add peaches and continue
blending. Break bananas into chunks and add to blender, then
add dates. Continue blending until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Note: Make sure everything is COLD -- this shake works best
when it's almost ice creamy cold -- and it will taste like
ice cream too!
